The TWPro MB Ventilated Firestop Plate Ø 200 is meticulously designed for use with solid fuel and gas/oil appliances such as woodstoves, gas coal effect fires, oil boilers, gas boilers, and other solid fuel appliances. Constructed with precision, its outer skin is crafted from 304 stainless steel, boasting a robust 0.4mm thickness, further enhanced by a high-temperature black finish. The inner skin is made from durable 316-grade stainless steel, also with a 0.4mm thickness, ensuring longevity and efficiency. Insulation is provided by compressed rockwool with a density of 200kg/m³, and all components are fully welded for maximum safety. Compliance and safety are assured, as TWPro is both HETAS approved and CE marked, with designation numbers EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 and EN1856-1 T200 P1 W V2 L50040 O20. Installation is straightforward; TWPro twin wall insulated chimney parts are secured with a supplied locking band. Remember to maintain a 50mm distance to any combustible material such as wood or plasterboard.
