The TWPro MB Insulation Cover Plate Ø 125 is specifically designed for use with solid fuel and gas/oil appliances, including woodstoves, gas coal-effect fires, oil boilers, and gas boilers. Constructed from high-quality materials, the outer skin is made from 0.4mm-thick 304 stainless steel, coated with a high-temperature black finish for unparalleled durability. The inner skin, also 0.4mm thick, is crafted from 316 grade stainless steel, providing excellent heat resistance and longevity. The insulation layer is made from compressed rockwool with a density of 200kg/m3, ensuring optimal thermal efficiency. All components are fully welded for maximum strength and integrity.The TWPro MB insulation cover plate is HETAS approved and CE marked, meeting the highest safety standards. It carries the designation numbers EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 and EN1856-1 T200 P1 W V2 L50040 O20. Installation is straightforward, with parts secured using a supplied locking band. The required distance from combustibles is 50mm, ensuring safe operation.
