Constructed with high-quality materials, the outer skin of this mounting plate is made from 304 stainless steel with a 0.4mm thickness, finished in a high-temperature black coating. The inner lining consists of 316-grade stainless steel, also at 0.4mm thickness, ensuring durability and strength. Complete with compressed rockwool insulation at a density of 200kg/m3, this mounting plate offers excellent thermal efficiency and safety. Compliance and safety are paramount; thus, the TWPro is HETAS approved and CE marked, meeting all the necessary industry standards. With an easy assembly process secured by a Locking Band, installation is straightforward. Remember to maintain a 50mm distance from any combustible materials.
