To comply with Building Regulations Document J, this component must be installed within a masonry chimney. Our Top Insert Sleeve slides effortlessly inside the flexible chimney liner, working in conjunction with the Top Plate and Top Clamp to support the weight without compromising the liner's integrity. Ensure your chimney stack is weatherproof and in good condition before installation. Regular maintenance, including sweeping by a competent person, is essential to keep your system in top shape. For solid fuel appliances, refer to HETAS registered sweeps and avoid chemical cleaners or mild steel tools to prevent damage.
