Constructed with durability in mind, it features an outer skin of 0.4mm thick 304-grade stainless steel and an inner skin of 316-grade stainless steel of the same thickness. The high-density (230kg/m3) compressed rockwool insulation is encapsulated within the twist-lock couplers, securing the components with precision laser welding. This design maintains a safe distance of 50mm from combustibles, adhering to safety standards. HETAS approval and CE marking guarantee certified quality. Installation is straightforward with an 8-barbed twist lock and secure Locking Band, keeping a reliable 50mm clearance from combustible materials.
