Constructed with a 304 grade stainless steel outer skin and a 316 grade stainless steel inner skin, both 0.4mm thick. It features compressed rockwool insulation with a density of 230kg/m3, encapsulated within twist-lock couplers for secure installation. Fully laser welded for durability, this console plate requires a 50mm distance from combustibles. HETAS approved and CE marked under EN1856-1 T450 N1 D V2 L50040 G50, you can rely on its quality and safety. Installation is straightforward with an 8-barbed twist lock mechanism, secured with a locking band. Please ensure the transition from flex to TLPro occurs within an existing class 1 chimney stack.
