Construction features include an outer skin made from 304 grade stainless steel (0.4mm thick), and an inner skin fabricated from 316 grade stainless steel (0.4mm thick). The pipe boasts compressed rockwool insulation with a density of 230kg/m3, encapsulated within twist-lock couplers to provide top-tier heat resistance and efficiency. Fully laser welded and CE marked, this product meets the EN1856-1 T450 N1 D V2 L50040 G50 standards and has earned HETAS approval. During installation, secure the 8 barbed twist lock twin wall insulated chimney parts with a Locking Band, while maintaining a 50mm distance from any combustible materials to ensure safety.
