The Seldek SDA104 Aluminium Flashing is your go-to solution for sealing pipes on tiled roofs. It stands the test of time and weather with a temperature resistance ranging from -55°C to 135°C. The installation is straightforward: simply pull the tab to the correct size using pliers or cut with a Stanley knife, apply silicone sealant to the back of the flashing, remove surrounding tiles, and slide the flashing over the pipe. Secure it to the roof, then trim tiles to fit around the top of the flashing. The EPDM cone, trimable on site, remains securely locked to a high-grade, malleable aluminium base, making this flashing both robust and flexible.
