The Seldek Nu-Lead Roof Flashing - SNL108 is an exceptional solution for sealing roof penetrations on tiled or slate roofs. It is designed to withstand temperatures ranging from -55°C to 135°C, ensuring robust performance in various weather conditions. For seamless installation, you simply trim the EPDM cone to fit the pipe diameter using pliers or a Stanley knife. Apply silicone sealant to the back of the flashing and slide it over the pipe after removing the surrounding tiles. Fasten the flashing securely to the roof and ensure the metal base sits on top of the surrounding tiles for optimal sealing. The high-grade, malleable lead base is designed not to stain or corrode, providing long-lasting protection for your roof and gutters.
