Compliance with Building Regulations Document J ensures the safe and efficient enclosure of the flue liner within a masonry chimney, making it suitable for various fuel types including wood, smokeless coal, gas, and oil, with a high-temperature rating of up to 600°C (T600 designation). Our adaptors are engineered to transition smoothly from the connecting flue system to the flexible liner, guaranteeing a gas-tight seal when used with fire cement, ceramic rope, or high-temperature sealant. Regular sweeps and maintenance by a competent person are recommended, and for solid fuel applications, HETAS-registered sweeps provide the best service.
