The Rockwool Tube, measuring 1000mm in length and 125mm in diameter, is an essential component for insulating your flue liner. This highly durable, non-combustible tube is crafted from top-grade rock wool. Not only does it help in reducing the likelihood of condensation within the flue, but it also withstands continuous operating temperatures up to 500°C. Additionally, it is non-sustaining to vermin and resistant to fungi, mould, and bacteria growth, providing a clean and safe solution for your chimney. Available in various sizes to fit 125mm (5 inches), 150mm (6 inches), and 200mm (8 inches) chimney liners, the Rockwool Tube can be easily trimmed for a 175mm (7 inches) liner. For secure installation, use foil tape for all joints, and for added longevity, apply 50mm wide aluminium tape. Note: This product is not suitable for Class 2 flexible liners (gas and oil liners).
