The No. 9 EPDM Masterflash 254-467mm (10 to 18 inch) is a superior flashing solution suitable for profiled sheeting and flat panel surfaces, effortlessly handling external pipe diameters from 254mm to 467mm. This product boasts a high-temperature resistance ranging from -55°C to 135°C, offering excellent durability. Constructed from EPDM, it is specifically designed for maximum resistance against weathering caused by ozone and ultraviolet light. Its one-piece construction allows for quick and easy on-site installation, generally taking no longer than five minutes. Its versatile base is engineered to create a tight seal on a variety of panel configurations and roof pitches, irrespective of pipe location. Installation is straightforward, involving trimming the pipe opening, lubricating and sliding the flashing over the pipe, forming it to the roof’s profile, applying the provided sealant, and fastening with the screws and caps available in the standard Fixing Kit. Note that three Standard Fixing Kits are required to properly install this flashing.
