Its superior resistance to weathering caused by ozone and ultraviolet light makes it a reliable choice for various roofing applications.Designed to suit both profiled sheeting and flat panel surfaces, the No 8 Silicone Masterflash offers flexibility and ease of installation. Thanks to its one-piece construction, you can have it in place in just five minutes. The base of the flashing is designed to form a secure seal on most panel configurations and roof pitches, regardless of the pipe's location.For installation, simply trim the opening to fit your pipe using a Stanley knife or scissors, slide the flashing over the pipe, and form it to the roof's profile. Apply the provided sealant and fasten the flashing with the screws and caps included in the two Standard Fixing Kits.
