The No 6 Silicone Masterflash 127-228mm (5 to 9 inch) is ideally suited for profiled sheeting and flat panel surfaces. It boasts an impressive temperature resistance from -74°C to 260°C, making it perfect for a variety of environments. Constructed from high-quality silicone, these flashings are specifically compounded to offer maximum resistance to weathering, including ozone and ultraviolet light. The one-piece design ensures quick and hassle-free installation, typically taking no longer than five minutes. The base is engineered to form a secure seal on most panel configurations and roof pitches, regardless of pipe location. For easy installation, follow these steps: select the appropriate pipe opening and trim with a Stanley knife or scissors, slide the flashing over the pipe (lubricate if necessary), form the flashing to match the roof profile, apply sealant from the Fixing Kit, and finally, fasten with the screws and caps provided in the Fixing Kit. One standard Fixing Kit is needed for installation.
