The MI-VIT Lite 500mm Pipe (Ø 125mm) is a highly durable and efficient connecting pipe designed for use with gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances, handling temperatures up to 600°C. Specifically intended for connecting your appliance to a flue liner, chimney stack, or twin-wall flue system, the MI-VIT Lite ensures a seamless installation. Constructed from zero-carbon steel and finished with a vitreous enamel coating in matt black, this single-skin pipe offers excellent resilience and a sleek appearance. Notably, it must not be used to pass through ceilings or combustible walls. For positive pressure applications (P1), each joint will require a seal to attain a working temperature of 200°C. Installing the MI-VIT Lite correctly ensures all condensates stay within the flue system. Routine maintenance, especially for solid fuel applications, is crucial, and the use of access doors at directional changes aids this process. Always wear appropriate PPE during installation.
