Constructed to the highest standards, the outer skin of the adaptor is crafted from 304-grade stainless steel with a thickness of 0.4mm, while the inner skin is made from premium 316-grade stainless steel, also 0.4mm thick. The insulation consists of high-density compressed rockwool, ensuring optimal safety and efficiency. Each part is fully welded, and the system maintains a minimum clearance of 50mm from any combustible materials. Fully compliant with HETAS standards and CE marked, the Flex to Twin Wall Adaptor guarantees safety and performance. The installation process is straightforward, involving a screw fix coupling to the flexible flue liner and securement using a Locking Band. Ensure that the transition is made inside an existing class 1 chimney, keeping flexible liners out of sight.
