This essential component is crafted from high-grade stainless steel—304 grade for the outer skin and 316 grade for the inner skin—each 0.4mm thick. The insulation between these layers is made from compressed rockwool, offering a remarkable density of 200kg/m3 for TWPro and 128kg/m3 for KC. Fully welded for durability, this finishing plate ensures a safe distance of 50mm from combustibles for TWPro and 60mm for KC. It also meets rigorous safety standards, being both HETAS Approved and CE marked. For a seamless installation, the TWPro Twin Wall Insulated Chimney parts are secured using a practical locking band.
