Our Finishing Plate 0°-30° - Ø 100 is a premium-grade component designed for use with solid fuel and gas/oil appliances, such as woodstoves, gas coal effect fires, oil and gas boilers, and any other solid fuel devices. Constructed with meticulous craftsmanship, the outer skin is made from 304 grade stainless steel with a thickness of 0.4mm, while the inner skin features 316 grade stainless steel of the same thickness. The insulation consists of compressed rockwool, with densities of 200kg/m3 for the TWPro and 128Kg/m3. Each part is fully welded for enhanced durability. This finishing plate ensures a safe distance of 50mm to combustible materials for TWPro and 60mm for KC, and is HETAS approved and CE marked for added peace of mind. The designation numbers for TWPro include EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 and EN1856-1 T200 W V2 L50040 O20, while KC is designated as EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G60 and EN1856-1 T200 W V2 L50040 O20. Simple to install, the twin wall insulated chimney parts are secured together using a locking band, ensuring adherence to safety distances from combustible materials like wood and plasterboard.
