It should not be used to pass through ceilings or combustible walls. When installing the EuroSW1, maintain a minimum distance of 450mm from combustible materials to ensure safety. The design facilitates friction-fit joints, eliminating the need for sealing; however, for enhanced security, you may opt to use jointing compounds like fire cement or high-temperature silicone sealant. Post installation, any cut sections should be treated with high-temperature paint to prevent rust.
