Crafted with a 304-grade stainless steel outer skin and a 316-grade stainless steel inner skin, both 0.4mm thick, this cowl ensures robustness and durability. The insulation is compressed rockwool with a density of 200kg/m3, offering excellent heat resistance. All parts are fully welded for added strength.This cowl is designed with a 50mm distance to combustibles for safety and is HETAS approved and CE marked. The TWPro designation numbers are EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 and EN1856-1 T200 W V2 L50040 O20, ensuring compliance with stringent safety standards.Installation is straightforward with the TWPro Twin Wall Insulated Chimney system, which utilizes a Locking Band to secure parts together. Always maintain a 50mm distance from combustible materials such as wood and plasterboard. The open terminal design allows for maximum exit velocity of flue gases, making it highly efficient.
