Constructed with a twin-wall design, it features a durable outer skin of 304-grade stainless steel that is 0.4mm thick and an inner skin of high-grade 316 stainless steel, also 0.4mm thick. The insulation between the walls is made from compressed rockwool, boasting a density of 200kg/m³, ensuring optimal heat retention and safety. All components are fully welded to provide a secure and robust structure. This product is HETAS Approved and CE marked, conforming to EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 and EN1856-1 T200 W V2 L50040 O20 standards, thus guaranteeing quality and safety. Installation is straightforward; the bend segments are secured using a locking band, and it’s vital to maintain a distance of 50mm from any combustible material.
