The construction features an outer skin of 304 grade stainless steel and an inner skin of 316 grade stainless steel, both at a thickness of 0.4mm. For safety and efficiency, the bend uses compressed rockwool insulation with a density of 200kg/m³ and is fully welded. The minimum distance to combustibles is 50mm. TWPro products are HETAS approved and CE marked, adhering to regulations EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 and EN1856-1 T200 W V2 L50040 O20. Installation is simple with a Locking Band, ensuring a secure fit while maintaining a 50mm clearance from combustible materials.
